How do I change or cancel my Design Consultation?
You can email or call us to change the date of your design consultation. Do that at least a day ahead of the scheduled date for us to check what dates are available and if it fits your schedule
How do I order samples?
You can request a sample of our products and have it delivered to your door without any fees. You can do that by emailing or calling our office at (847) 777-1057
How do I measure my kitchen?
You can view our video tutorials for measuring your kitchen. Otherwise, you can book an appointment for an in-home measurement. Just email or call our office today.
When will I receive a link to my Virtual Design Consultation?
The assigned designer will send you an email with the meeting link via Microsoft Teams. If you haven’t received an email, you can give us a call or visit our store today.
How can I submit my kitchen measurements?
After measuring your kitchen, you can email it to us. This is free, and you can request an appointment via phone call or email. You can also visit our local store.
Do I need to book an appointment to view displays in-store?
We don’t require an appointment for you to visit our store and see our collections and designs. You can freely come to our local stores within our business hours. Make sure to sanitize your hands and wear your mask upon entering our store. Our staff will gladly assist you inside our office and tour you around.
Is it possible to buy a kitchen island on its own?
Yes, you can do that. Achieve the perfect design and measurement of your kitchen island with our complimentary design consultation. We will provide you with a 3D design of it. You can do this online; otherwise, visit our store.
